Born in Denver, Colorado, Eva Green Crum first discovered her love of the arts in fourth grade art class. Ever since then, drawing, painting, and the visual arts has always been a vital part of her life. At thirteen, she moved to the Grand Valley on the Western Slope of Colorado. Unbeknownst to her at the time, this would drastically enrich her life and personality in the coming years. At eighteen, she encountered God in the Rocky Mountains, and ever since then she has dedicated her life to serve Him, including in her art.

Green’s surroundings and cultural heritage impact her the most. She is highly fascinated in the history of her family, and the history of the American West.  Moving to The Grand Valley connected her to both and ignited a passion for telling the stories that come with it. In her free time, she writes creative fiction and hopes one day to get published. She also is passionate about holistic health and is working toward becoming an herbalist to further connect her with the land, and to serve her friends and family with the knowledge of how to live in harmony with God’s creation.

She graduated from Colorado Mesa University May 2025 with a BFA in Studio Arts. That same year, she dedicated five months to a Discipleship Training School with Youth with a Mission Montana, where she spent three months deepening her relationship with God, and two months serving in Thailand. This experience was very formative for her, deepening her heart for the nations and her neighbors to know Jesus.

She always says that her greatest answered prayer is her husband, Merrit. They married June 12th 2026 among the aspens of the Grand Mesa.
